Sarah brings extensive experience working with individuals of all ages—including children, adolescents, and adults—facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, autism, substance abuse, crisis situations, and complex family and peer relationships. She employs a tailored approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychosocial Therapy to address each individual's unique needs. Her goal is to help clients achieve their full potential and overcome difficulties at home and school, with a strong understanding of the interplay between these environments.

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Elmhurst University (2010) and a Master’s in Social Work with a School Concentration and Type 73 (PEL) from the University of Illinois at Chicago (2013). Her professional journey includes five years at Renaissance Social Services in Chicago, where she provided case management and housing support to individuals, families, and the elderly experiencing homelessness. Since 2015, Sarah has been serving as a School Social Worker in the South Suburbs.
